The wine shows crisp citrusy highlights. Aromas of key lime citrus and pineapple with hints of sour apple taffy, lemon meringue and honeydew melon sorbet.

The wine was fermented slow and cold in stainless steel tanks then stirred for over five months with fine yeast lees to richen the aromas and flavors.
