The 2011 vintage BDX continues to be our most premium red blend, which honors the grapes and traditions of Bordeaux, France. Though the near perfect 2010 vintage was a tough act to follow, the 2011 vintage continues to show the best of what Heritage has to offer. The 2011 vintage is also a more “price friendly” option compared to the 2010 vintage. Selected lots of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc and Malbec were aged 16 months in French oak barrels (60% new) and blended to create this rich and generous offering.
